Polaris Industries exhibits at the majority of field days on a National Level. While Mudgee is considered a small farm field day, we are continually surprised by the level of sales and enquiry generated through exhibiting at the MSFFD. Mudgee continues to provide the means to focus on this market in what has proven to be a very successful exercise, more successful every year!

Frequently asked questions from exhibitors

Q. Where will my site be? I need a high traffic area.

A. Outdoor Sites.
The exhibition area at our event was planned from the outset to overcome some of the problems with outdoor exhibition space based on grids and blocks. Our field days site has a circular road system thus eliminating dead ends. Also the features that we manage such as the kids fishing on the dam, compost demonstration site, antique machinery and sustainable building demonstrations are located around the perimeter of the site with catering in the centre of the roads system. This along with our siting policy ensures good traffic throughout the site.

Indoor Sites (Founders Pavilion)
As with outdoor sites, returning exhibitors have first preference to the site they previously held the previous year. New applications will be sited in available sites and in consideration of any requests from the exhibitor. Clearly there are only so many corner sites available.

Q. Can I have the same site as last year? My customers know where I am.

A. Returning exhibitors have first preference to the site that they exhibited on in the previous year. Booking early helps us return you to the site you want. Like wise if you want to move or want a particular area, the earlier you book the better we are able to assist.

Q. My products are a difficult size, how can my customers get them to the car park.?

A. A local community group provide a FREE parcel delivery service, information is provided in your exhibitor pack. The parcel delivery service operates from the centre of the site and delivers to the two main car parks. On the set up day before the event the parcel delivery team are on site, drop in at there location marked on all maps and talk them about this free service.
