Which site is best for you?
There are many options with one that will suit your exhibit. The indoor exhibitors call the Founders Pavilion home, this purpose built Pavilion is 60 m x 36 m with lots of natural light from the roof and wall skylights. Exhibitor sites are allocated in 3 or 4 metre increments.
Outdoor sites are arranged around the circular road system, this means no deadends that are part and parcel of grid layouts. The centre of the site has information and a majority of the food catering for the event. Around to very outside of the site are our displays and demonstration sites that include, compost making, sheep dog trials, gardening, and fishing activities.

How we locate your site.
Returning exhibitors from the previous year have first option to book the same site. When locating a new exhibitor we look for a complimentary location for your display. We do not group industries or similar products together (except the livestock area). We will find a site that has other exhibitors that are not in cometition with your product but will attract the right visitors to your area.

What do I do next?
The application form can be downloaded here, or from the website www.arec.com.au front page. Bookings can be made online through our booking system if that suits you best. Any problems or further questions , just give us a call at the office.

We look look forward to helping you make the most of your Mudgee Small Farm Feild Days event in July.
